MECHANICAL PIPELINE REINFORCEMENT SYSTEM
–
TITANWRAP

The TitanWrap™ mechanical pipeline reinforcement system is specially designed for the repair of aereal, buried and/or submerged pipelines and accessories.
Non-metallic composite coating repairs are used to repair corrosion, dents, and mechanical damage to structures. These repairs are effective due to the restriction in the duct of the radial displacement of the area weakened by the defect when the internal pressure acts on it.
For this restraint to be effective, two things must happen, first, the area weakened by the pipe defect being repaired must deform to transfer the load to the composite, and second, the composite repair must be stiff and strong enough to accept this load. In this case the effective stiffness of the composite material controls the amount of load that is transferred and the strength of the composite controls the amount of load the repair can withstand.
A composite repair is a complex system that must be specifically designed and installed for each repair as required by ASME PCC-2, on the other hand, maintaining high quality standards not only in materials but in application are required for the repair to work properly.
TitanWrap product engineers are ready to assist you in any repair you need, supplying any technical support required to obtain a long lasting repair.
Product Characteristics
Wide application range
Suitable for surface of various structural components: Beams, columns, ventilation tubes, pipes, walls, etc.; It could be used on various types of structural components and systems, e.g. concrete structures, masonry structures, wood structures, steel structures, and many other structural elements and systems.
High strength, high modulus
Very effective in flexural strengthening in the form of straight sheets, shear strengthening in the form of closed loop wrapping, U-shaped and side bonding; Increase ductility and strength of circular columns in the form of transverse wrapping; Restoration of various complex shape structural elements.
Light self-weight
Allows operation in a narrow and tight spaces. Minimal impact on the normal use of the structure during construction. Adds almost no additional weight to the existing structure.
High temperature resistance
Limited creep resistance under high permanent loads, high corrosion resistance and excellent seismic strengthening system.
Anticorrosion
Anti-acid, alkali and other chemicals resistance, corrosion resistance in severe environments and conditions.
Long storage life
Allows for a long storage of products, and help the execution of projects without extended deadlines.

TitanWrap
TitanWrap mechanical reinforcement system developed by Inttech Petrol Group LLC is specially designed for the repair of aerial, buried and/or submerged pipelines and accessories.
WrapFill 811
WrapFill 811™ is a unique blend of liquid polymers and proprietary curing agents that can displace water from surfaces to make a permanent bond. The formulation is free of solvents to ensure maximum performance. Kevlar™* fibers are integrated for stiffness and viscosity management to assure application even in adverse conditions.
WrapFill 811™ is a filler putty designed for use in ducts where there is loss of thickness. WrapFill 811™ is capable of displacing wet surfaces to establish a permanent bond to the substrate. The standard base color is WHITE which is mixed in equal quantities with the BLACK curative. The result of this mixture is a GRAY color. This system is not regulated by the US Transportation Agency, USDOT, AITA and IMO. * Kevlar is a registered trademark of DuPont.
Carbon 12K
Carbon 12K™ is one of the products incorporated in the TitanWrap™ mechanical reinforcement system family of products . Carbon 12K™ is used in the repair of existing structures and piping systems. The carbon fiber is combined with different proprietary family of epoxy resins used in TitanWrap™ line of products. Once the product is cured it is very durable with high long-term strength, impervious to fuels and most chemicals and solvents. It permanently bonds to a wide variety of surfaces such as metals, composites, concrete, plastics, and wood. This product meets or exceeds the requirements of the standard ASME PCC-2 and is certified to ANSI/NSF Standard 61.
Epoxy 314
Epoxy 314™ is based on pure liquid epoxy polymers and polyamine property resins modified with an organic sulfur complex curing agent and its reinforcing seal coating. Epoxy 314™ formulated without volatile solvents and is it is water tolerant as it can be applied to damp or wet surfaces and still works well as a mechanical reinforcement system.
The application can be done using a brush or roller without special ventilation requirements, the odor during application is mild and characteristic of organo-sulfur resins. Epoxy 314™ is supplied as an equal volume mixture of blue colored epoxy base and yellow colored curing agent, mixed together to yield a green color.
TitanWrap X
The TitanWrap X is formulated for the special conditions found on the internal and external surfaces of production piping, oilfield piping, oil and gas separators, mining and similar equipment that are affected by abrasion, high temperatures, corrosive environments and extreme conditions.
The TitanWrap X system is widely used for the most demanding applications, such as high pressure systems, >2300 psi as well as highly abrassive, high chemical resistance, storage tanks or high temperatures, >90°C as well as leak repair applications among countless others.

FiberKev
Fiberkev™ is a heat-resistant para-aramid synthetic fiber with a molecular structure of many inter-chain bonds that make it incredibly strong. Has many applications because of its high tensile strength-to-weight ratio.
Fiberkev™ uses Kevlar®* one of the strongest and most versatile textiles, boasting a tensile strength-to-weight ratio so high, it is five times stronger than steel. Kevlar is a synthetic material that is, to put it simply, a very strong woven plastic
EpoxyKev
EpoxyKev™ is based on a unique blend of liquid epoxy polymer and aliphatic polyamine curing agents formulated for resistance to high temperatures and hydrocarbon exposure.
The Kevlar®* reinforcement and a heavy load of extremely hard ceramic pigmentation resist wear from currents of severely abrasive products.
* Kevlar is a trademark of E. I. DuPont de Nemours Co
